On the 22nd May 2026, ROZDON ISL held a strategic meeting with representatives of RUIYAN HOLDINGS GROUP TRADE CO., LIMITED of China to explore opportunities for business collaboration.
RUIYAN identified ROZDON ISL as a broad-based procurement and engineering company and expressed interest in establishing a partnership for high-tech procurement and engineering services.
RUIYAN operates across the following sectors:
- Green Engineering Construction
- High-End Equipment Manufacturing, including drilling rigs, full hydraulic workover units, well control equipment, wellhead equipment, Christmas trees, and subsea wellhead equipment
- Gas Processing and Energy Infrastructure, specializing in skid-mounted gas processing equipment, CNG and LNG filling stations, gasification systems, pressure vessels, and gas transmission and distribution skids
The Group has an established global presence, with operations and projects across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Pan-Russia region, Europe, Africa, North America, and Latin America.
This proposed collaboration will position ROZDON ISL as an official representative and partner of RUIYAN in Nigeria, focusing on the oil and gas sector.
