General Job Responsibilities for All Positions:
- Managing and expanding the company’s client base
- Handling client relationship management and engagement
- Sourcing bids and RFQs from clients and responding/following up for purchase orders and closing business deals
- Preparing and submitting bid documents according to client specifications
- Preparing and executing foreign & local sourcing plans
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Supervising and utilizing the client relationship management database for customer engagement and business development
- Conducting routine visitations and calls to clients to strengthen business relationships
- Maintaining a contact list and contact schedule for prospective clients
- Supervising and mentoring subordinates

2. Business Development & Administrative Officer
