As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local capacity development and strengthening Nigeria’s energy workforce, we are currently crewing for multiple rig-based positions across onshore operations within Nigeria.
These openings form part of ROZDON ISL’s manpower support services for active drilling and workover projects. We are seeking skilled, safety-conscious, and dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to efficient and compliant oilfield operations.
Open Positions
Qualified Nigerian candidates are invited to apply for the following roles:
- Assistant Driller
- Derrickman
- Floorman
- Safety Officer
- Medic (Rig Nurse)
- Mudman
- Welder
- Motorman
All positions are strictly open to Nigerian nationals only, in line with local content development and workforce inclusion objectives.
Work Location
- Nigeria (Onshore Operations)
Successful candidates will be deployed to operational sites within Nigeria, working in structured team environments that prioritize safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess relevant oil and gas experience in their respective roles, with a strong understanding of rig operations and safety procedures. Candidates with proven field experience, valid certifications, and the ability to work effectively under site conditions will be given priority consideration.
